Introduction

       

    The Institute of Industrial Economics of Hohai University was established in 2006, and its predecessor was the Industrial Development and Information Management Research Center of Hohai University. After seven years of development, the existing members of full-time research professor / Ph.D. 1, Ph.D. / associate professor 3, Dr. / lecturer 2 name, and a total of doctoral students, graduates, and other 50 over, students 10 over. There are also more than 10 co-researchers, including Changjiang scholars, professors, senior economists, and senior engineers.

   

Based on the basic theories of economics and finance, the Institute of Industrial Economics of Hohai University conducts research on some major theoretical and practical issues in the development of industries, enterprises, and projects, forming an innovative research direction that is close to the needs of the times. In the research fields of industrial development and finance, corporate investment, and project management, we track the international frontiers, cultivate a group of energetic young scholars, and maintain a good momentum of development, and strive to become first-class academic elites, government think tanks, and corporate advisers. 

 

After several years of accumulation, the Institute has cooperated with Columbia University, the University of Connecticut, The University of Alabama in Huntsville, Florida International University, University of South Dakota, Planning Institute of Beijing Water Science Research Institute, Jiangsu Economic and Information Commission, Nanjing University The Yangtze River Delta Economic and Social Development Research Center and other institutions and individuals have established long-term and stable cooperative relations. 

 

In recent years, team members have published more than 120 articles, published 10 monographs, presided over more than 50 national and other various projects, won dozens of awards, and formed a certain influence in the field of industrial environmental regulation and investment.
